Metabolic Typing Analysis
Apply the principles of proper eating for your metabolic type to your life.  Metabolic typing analysis includes a thorough evaluation of your current diet, an in depth look at how your body reacts to food and how to develop an eating plan that matches your unique metabolic ‘fingerprint.’  Expect practical advice on how to change your diet and change your lifestyle for optimum results.

Athletic Assessment
A multi-point assessment for athletes looking to elevate their training to the next level.  Tailored for a range of aptitude from amateur to professional, the athletic assessment will deliver a clear evaluation of current abilities.  If you are pursuing a clear athletic goal and require technical expertise to get there, this is your first step.

Senior’s Assessment
Focuses on age appropriate solutions for seniors. 
As a Certified Rehabilitation Therapist and the current Physical Activity Consultant and Teacher for the Rutland Senior’s Centre in Kelowna, I have designed the Senior’s Assessment to take the unique needs of seniors into consideration.  The Senior’s Assessment evaluates a client’s current situation, and offers realistic lifestyle changes to optimize healthy day to day living.

A comprehensive evaluation of the lifestyle issues that create health and well-being.  This assessment is designed to challenge your pre-conceived ideas about how your daily actions and habits impact your well-being.  Recommended actions will be achievable with clear goals, and designed to increase energy create lasting change and results.
